Project description

Design and development of the construction plan for a Guest house and a Game salon for the Palma Family. This design includes in 210m2, a versatile living room that may be used as a casino, as well as a family Living room, this space will has a telescopic door system, consisting in big crystal walls that will hide into the walls to integrate the exterior as an interior element, on the back part will be located a service area that will serve this chalet and the main house and on the second floor will be located a bedroom and a terrace that can be used independent from the bedroom. The volume is simple, and it’s objective was to create a construction that could be integrated with the existing building. With a big pergola on the garage area and stone floors that continues to the main room, the outside and the inside blends together to become a unique space.
